Yes We Did!!!
Throughout the end of last year and all of this year I’d been speaking of New Beginnings. This truly has been a year of New Beginnings. The number 8 represents or symbolizes “New Beginnings”. Isn’t it ironic how Barack Obama was campaigning for Presidency in the same year of “New Beginnings”? He could’ve easily chosen to run in the previous election, but in actuality his time was now. I believe that God has a time, season, or purpose for everything, and this was Barack’s time to run the race and finish like a champion. During his campaign, Barack’s slogan was. “Yes We Can”. I want to put a strong emphasis on the word “We”, because Abraham Lincoln said it best; “This nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom ...and that government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth”.
