     With everything going on in our country lately, I truly believe that many of my Sisters and Brothers are dealing with PTSD , Paranoia , or have become casualties of war . I'm going to break down what I mean by focusing on one at a time, providing examples. Good morning y'all. I was sitting here listening to a YouTuber's commentary about Trump supporters & David Duke & how Trump is firing up White Nationalists, and when the guy said: "All I'm saying is...Be Prepared, because things are going to get worse after this election"....I immediately thought about this old Lion King song, and how fitting it is to things going on right now. It may seem silly or simple of me to use a cartoon for something so serious, but I really believe a lot of reality is hidden subliminally in movies. Dark Girls Rise! 06/26/2013 K.R. Brumfield Part 1:      On Sunday, June 23, 2013, the Documentary Dark Girls premiered on OWN ( Oprah Winfrey Network ). It’s a Documentary about the negative images, low self-esteem, and colorism amongst Black women and the African-American Community. The Documentary is directed by Bill Duke & D.
